  • Understand the importance of relationships
  • Minister with people and not for people
  • Practice Ministry in our daily lives
  • We have a genuine concern for those whom we work and minister
  • Genuine worship through service will enale us to look at those with whom we ministeras brothers in Christ and companions in ministry
  • We must reflect a phiosophy of ministry that is unselfish, grounded in faith, and all inclusive
  • Is the ability to serve people as unto the Lord
  • Must be teachable to worship through service
  • to be equpped as worshipers who serve, we must capture the vision to do, learn, work, and witness with hearts compelled by love and worship of the living Lord
